The youngest councillor on Roscommon County Council is Emer Kelly who was co-opted after the resignation of Ivan Connaughton earlier this year. On Wednesday morning she spoke to Seamus Duke about the recent closure of Ballyforan Post Office, her experience in politics so far as a youngfemale and her hopes and ambitions for the future.
