This privacy statement outlines the type of data collected by rosfm.ie and how it is used.

By using rosfm.ie you are accepting the terms of this privacy statement. Any external websites that may be accessed through rosfm.ie are subject to their own privacy statements and are not the responsibility of RosFM.

RosFM collects individuals’ data through our online forms for people wishing to enquire with the station with regards advertising, volunteering or general queries.

This website uses Google Analytics, Twitter and Facebook plugins.

We use Google Analytics which is an analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). The information stored in the cookie is transmitted and stored by Google on their servers and then used to evaluate visitors’ use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for us. We have a link to our Twitter and Facebook account available on our website, when you visit a these pages, they may use their own cookies.

Email: The email client for all @rosfm.ie addresses is Gmail. Emails to the studio account are accessible by only 2 people who are in charge of the website.
Texting: If you have contacted the studio by text or email, you can request to have these communications deleted from our mailbox.
Physical Competition Entries: Information is used strictly for alerting winners, and physical entries are destroyed on notifying winners.

You can check what data is held about you and request its deletion/restrict how your data is used by emailing info@rosfm.ie.

No third parties are given access to your data. All data is gathered and processed in accordance with data protection legislation, including the EU’s GDPR, effective 25/05/2018, and is held password protected. In the unlikely event of a significant data breach, Ireland’s Data Protection Commissioner and any affected individuals will be notified within the required time frame.
