EMER KELLY RECORDS THE HIGHEST NUMBER ONE VOTES IN THE LOCAL ELECTIONS
In her first election after having been co-opted on to the previous council Ballyforan woman Emer Kelly attracted a huge personal vote, the biggest in the Roscommon local elections, and she was elected on the first count last Sunday. She spoke to Seamus Duke at the count centre.
