Oxfam Ireland has launched an emergency appeal as the deadly Ebola outbreak spreads in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Here Adrianne speaks with Jim Clarken, CEO of Oxfam Ireland, about the virus outbreak and the help they are currently providing through local volunteers, but he says that funding is critical to prevent uncontrolled spread of the virus and reduce the risk of a wider regional health crisis.
