The Roscommon Branch of MS Ireland are hosting another of their FREE wellness days at Hannon’s Hotel, Athlone Road, Roscommon. Organiser Teresa Cahill speaks here with Adrianne about her journey with MS and how people can register for the event, which takes starts at 10.30am on Saturday, 3rd October. This year’s event will feature some chair yoga and breathwork, along with a mindfulness talk and some relaxing mindfulness exercises followed by lunch, all courtesy of MS Ireland Roscommon.
