ELECTRICITY SMART METERS FOR EVERY HOME IN THE COUNTRY.
The ESB say that they intend to have a smart electricity meter in every home in the country over the next three months. Seamus Duke has been talking to Carmel O'Connor of the ESB about this installation programme and why it will benefit the consumer.
