There is good news on the way in Elphin as the local Day Centre which has been closed for the past 16 months is to re-open in the next couple of weeks. The Manager at the centre Catherine McGrath told Seamus Duke on The Rossie Way programme that she is delighted to be able to resume a full service at the centre.
