Ballaghaderreen residents and business people are angry with Roscommon county council as they plan to totally revamp the centre of the town with public realm works. The local people travelled to Roscommon last Monday to make their feelings known ahead of a monthly meeting of the council. Seamus Duke spoke to a number of people there on the day.

It's been 100 days since the election of Donald Trump, Roscommon County Council seeks expressions of interest in the late Tony Waldron's seat, and the protests in Ballaghaderreen and Strokestown at plans by the council to carry our public realm works in both towns and the topics for conversation with Emmett Corcoran this week.
