Tusla have launched a nationwide campaign seeking foster caring families for children. Currently over 350 Roscommon famitles are fostering children in the county. Eva Beirne is a Social Worker with Tusla and she spoke to Seamus Duke on the Good Morning Roscommon programme about the campaign and what’s involved.

The communityin Creggs held a meetingrecently at which several issues were discussed in terms of the future developmentof the village including a sewerage scheme, the development of walkways and cycleways and other issues. On the Good Morning Roscommon programme Seamus Duke spoke to Ger Dowd the principal of Creggs National School about the meeting and the plans.
