  • The Irish Blood Transfusion Service are running a clinic in The Hub, Castlerea on Wednesday, June 18th from 5pm to 8.30pm.
  • The next meeting of Gorthaganny Community Development will take place in the Marian Hall on Wednesday, June 18th at 9pm. All welcome.
  • The monthly meeting of Williamstown Heritage Society takes place on Thursday, June 19th at 9pm. All members are asked to attend.
  • The launch of Castlerea Agricultural Show takes place in McGourty’s Bar on Friday, June 20th.

  • The official opening of Carn National School takes place on Sunday, June 22nd at 2.30pm. All welcome.
  • The Roscommon Solstice choir will hold a charity concert in aid of County Roscommon Disability Support group and IWA’s Roscommon resource and outreach services at the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon on June 22nd. Tickets €10 available from both charities and SuperValu.
  • A Traditional Music session takes place in Hamrock’s Bar, Athleague on Friday, June 27th from 10pm til late. Musicians, singers, dancers and more are welcome to attend. Raffle on the night.
