  • A meeting of Ballyfarnon National School board of management will take place in the school on Wednesday, June 11th at 8pm. All members are requested to attend.
  • Strokestown Show Ladies Committee is having a brainstorming meeting in the Percy French Hotel on Wednesday, June 11th at 9pm.
  • The monthly meeting of St. Ronan’s GAA Club will be held in Killoran’s, Ballyfarnon on Wednesday, June 11th at 9.30pm. All members are asked to attend.

  • A fundraiser traditional music session in aid of the Irish Cancer Society takes place in Dodd’s Bar, The Crescent, Boyle on Friday, June 13th at 9.30pm. Spot prizes on the night. All musicians welcome

  • Abbey National School 5k sponsored walk or run will take place starting from Coyle’s Garage, Golf Links Road on Sunday, June 15th at 2pm sharp with registration from 1pm at the school.
