Dennis Collins is a poet from Wexford who is Poet In Residence
at RosFm during the month of May. The residency with RosFm is part of the
art@work
programme organised by the Arts Office, Roscommon County Council. During his
risidency, Denis will be writing new poems inspired by RosFm, its staff and
programming, and by Roscommon town. There will also be a Poem A Day each day
during the residency which will be broadcast on RosFm and posted on the website. |

Each Wednesday at 1:00pm Denis will be hosting a Poetry Clinic
when you can drop into RosFm and get help with writing a poem, help finding that
poem you only know the first line of, or if you just want to hear a poem to
cheer you up, Denis will oblige. Denis will also be available to visit your
community group or classroom to share some poems with you during the second and
third week of the residency. He will also be broadcasting a poetry programme
each week during his residency |
